Wonderful location and normal prices. Amazing design.
The location of this hotel is the best possible as it is close to all the atractions of the old town of Brussels. Good for shopping and sight seeing. Reception was helpfull in many things but the staff in the hotel inn could be nicer. The place is clean and not expensive in comparison with the other hotels around.
The ladies in the breakfest room could be a bit nicer as they looked and treat the guests sometimes like somebody has forced them to the work. Smile does not cost so much and can solve some problems as well!
Great location, close to the central station (train and metro) and the main attractions. The room was very good cleaned and the staff was excellent.
The only problem was the noise from outside with people shouting by the bars. It is very difficult to sleep there on weekends, even with the windows closed (which in the summer makes the room very hot and they don't have air conditioning) the noise is loud. My room was the Executive Double Room, maybe they have other rooms with windows facing the other side which might be less noisy.
location. room was clean and spacious.
check in was not good. given keys to a dirty room when we told the front desk, were given another room. new room had no fan and front desk refused to provide one. our room was overlooking the city square - the noise was terrible and we could not sleep until about 4:00 a.m.
No aitr conditioning on a 90 degree day. Lack of privacy as windows faced center opening for all rooms windows, so hard to open curtains for air!
I liked the location of the hotel as it is close to the Brussels midi station and the most pleasant was the proximity of the hotel to the Grand d'Palace. There are many halal eateries around the hotel and souvenir shops close to the hotel open as early as 7 am. The room was ok considering there were 3 single beds. The location of the rooms was a bit confusing, however. The breakfast was all right too...
It's location was pretty good and was easily accessible. And only that to it..!!!
Very bad experience..! The lady staff there was not friendly at all, not even a smile and a little rude too. When we are away from home, it is the simple warmth of other people that keeps us feeling at home. You can't expect that here...! After a 30-hour journey that's the least expected thing to happen to you...! Well, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone..!!!
The willingness of the staff to participate in any situation related to service needs, with goo attitude.
The lack of a toaster in the breakfast area was noticable and was commented on by several others. To me, it is almost laughable that such is not available as it is the norm in international travel for a toaster to be a routine part of breakfast activity. The entertainment of the street noise is inescapable and it can be somewhat of a nusiance, but it is unavoidable. One of the guests was a harassment in the breakfast to all others, and the staff fouund him less than entertaing but nothing was done to redirect his behavior.
Excellent location for visting the old part of the city. Also within walking distance of main city centre business areas.
The proximity to the centre of the city and a reasonable breakfast.
A lack of flexibility, intermittent internet and small rooms.
The location in central Brussels was perfect for enjoying the city and excellent to get out and about. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The internet connection was very good on the lower floors, but patience was needed higher up.
Excellent location for visiting central Brussels close to Grande Place shops, restaurants etc. Good size room and well equipped bathroom.
Lifts were very basic and old fashioned. Room and stairs were dark and somewhat gloomy. TV and Radio in the room did not work
The location of this hotel can't be beat, and the size of our tripple room was surprisingly good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Good stay on the whole.
The breakfast staff really let this place down, as they were too busy chatting to restock and clean up. The breakfast was typical continental bread, cheese, ham, cereals, and yogurt, no problems there. The let down is that they were not in any kind of hurry to replenish the cutlery or the food, so you had to wait a long time. So don't put milk on your cereal before you get a spoon.
location, location, location.reasonable hotel, comfortable bed with clean bed linen.the bathroom was quite decent with clean towels, plenty of hot water.the breakfast was adequate:ham cheese, bread but no toaster.yogyurt and cereals.only fruit was apples
the bedroom carpet, and chair needed a good clean.the walls had alot of marks on them
Its 2 minute walk to Grand Place, and in the other direction its 2 minute walk to the bar Delirium :) I could not imagine a better location for the hotel. It was good breakfast included in the price, and you could sit until 10:30. Very good!
The plug for the bathtub were missing, but the staff fixed a new one. Many channels on the TV but not any good one for people that understanding english. Not easy to understand the system with two remote controls, but the receptionist were helpful and explained.
